Tigh an Eilean (“House of the Island”) nestles in the picturesque 200 year old fishing village of Shieldaig in Wester Ross, one of Scotland’s last great wildernesses. The hotel, pub and restaurant is a line of whitewashed cottages strung out along the sea front. Good Pub Guide Dining Pub of the Year 2012.
