See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

The Dornie Hotel occupies one of the most scenic locations in the whole of the Highlands of Scotland in the centre of the old fishing village which is dominated by the impressive Eilean Donan Castle which is seen by many as the iconic image of the Highlands of Scotland. If castles are your thing, then Dunvegan on Skye and Urquhart on Loch Ness are within easy reach using the A87, but there is plenty more to explore within an easy drive. Offering an interesting menu to suit all tastes, naturally locally caught seafood is featured. You can get to the pub by train to Kyle of Lochalsh (8 miles away) and then by bus.
